Design

Our design staff designs everything from the placement of a single plasma screen to a full blown dedicated home theater with richly upholstered walls, amazing color schemes and accessories that compliment the system.

Installation

The ability to complete a clean and efficient installation sets companies in our industry apart. Our installation services are first rate because our owners are extremely particular in how the installation is completed.

We do everything in our power (and more) to ensure that you will never see wires where they are not supposed to be. We always follow good design practices in integrating equipment placement with existing elements such as can lights, etc. Our installers also clean any debris that is caused by the installation so that we will leave your home as clean as we found it.

During the installation we also custom program all products so that you won't have to worry about figuring out how to use everything. We custom program your remotes for single button operation to work with all products so even your guests can use your system.

Support

If there is a single element that sets us apart from all others it is support. We guarantee prompt support for any issue that may arise. Our customers are the most important part of our business and if we keep you happy then we have done our job.

To us, support means that we are there for you when you need us. We will try our best to get out to you within 24 hours but if we are unable to do so we will absolutely make sure that we are in efficient contact with you to make sure you know what's going on every step of the way.

If your products happen to fail within the warranty period we are more than happy to take the responsibility to work with our distributors and the manufacturer to get replacement products as quickly as possible. And in some cases we will be happy to provide temporary equipment to keep your system running smoothly.
